Abstract

In this article substantial theories of motivation are considered. The theory of motivation of Gertsberg has many similar moments with Maslou's theory. Hygienic factors of Gertsberg meet physiological requirements, needs for safety and confidence in tomorrow. His motivations are compared to requirements of the highest levels according to A. Maslou.
