EVOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT IN RUSSIA IN THE XXI CENTURY

This article discusses the changes in the form of government and the state system of Russia in the XX century. Having entered in the XXI century as auto-cratic (absolute monarchy) and conglomerate empire in the XXI century Russia entered in the form of a federal republic with a presidential-parliamentary form of government. The whole XX century in the country is constantly changing in the governing of their country, with both positive and negative consequences.
