Abstract
In the article the analysis of statistical indicators of infant mortality for three main reasons: prematurity, infectious diseases of the newborn, asphyxia, and birth trauma. The study of the dynamics and trends of infant mortality. Conclusions about the possible causes of changes indicators proposed areas of international collaboration to reduce mortality.
