Abstract

Developing an effective organizational management structure is an important factor for the successful implementation of the chosen strategy and directions of development of the company. The purpose of an efficient organizational structure - is not only to provide crisis-free operation of the company, but also to open up new horizons for the development of the company. Under the influence of various external factors, sometimes in the organizational structure necessary to make changes.
