Abstract
In article questions of design of information systems on the basis of graph models are discussed. Aspects of application of invariants of graph theory are considered in the analysis of the communications between elements and subsets of model information system. The author reveals the essence of the use of compliance Galois in the analysis of system communications of the information models.
