STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF BORDER REGIONS OF RUSSIA AND BELARUS

In modern conditions, the factor of increase of competitiveness of Russian regions is the financial security of their investment attractiveness, which is especially true for border territories of the Russian Federation.Interregional analysis of investment attractiveness of the Russian - Belarusian border regions for the period 2012-2015 has allowed to reveal the uneven distribution of Russian territories on a selected criterion.The calculated growth rate of investment per capita for each region, which allowed for their classification, highlighting the leader region, the median of the group of the outsider region.
