Abstract
The article reflects on the main types and properties of modern energy-efficient window structures. Short characteristics of the ways of reducing heat losses by applying various options of glazing are provided. By means of calculating relative heat losses through window structures via reduced heat transfer coefficient, the author reveals the best practicable option of a structure allowing to save up to 33 % of heat.
