Abstract
Lymphoepithelioid lymphoma (Lennerts lymphoma) is a variant of peripheral T cell lymphoma , not otherwise specified with peculiar histological picture characterised by massive proliferation of epithelioid cell clusters intermingled with many, mostly small-sized lymphoid cells. Immunohistochemistry shows reactivity with T cell markers and proliferationassociated antigen Ki67.
