Abstract
Many scientists have recently recognized the urgency of the issue of decision-making in surgical treatment of thermal burns. In view of this, we have been tasked with studying wavy and contour necrotomy, necrectomy, and early autodermoplasty and their influence on autointoxication in the setting of the burn disease. According to the results we obtained, performing wavy and contour necrotomy at the treatment of full- and partial-thickness thermal burns lowers the degree of autointoxication and reduces the term of preparation of the burn wound for a utodermoplasty.
