CULTUROLOGICAL TRAINING IN THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF CADETS AT THE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE

The culturological training of the cadets at the higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as a psychological and pedagogical problem derives from the character and peculiarities of its state; it answers its modern level and content. The training of the cadets at the higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine must be a system of uniting the purpose, content and procedural parameters of the professional education and the special organization of the educational environment of the higher educational establishment, which are directed at forming the readiness for work in the multicultural environment in the future specialists.The culturological training of the cadets at the higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as a psychological and pedagogical problem derives from the character and peculiarities of its state; it answers its modern level and content.
