Abstract

In this study, thermophysical properties of the drying agent in solar-powered drying facilities are analyzed. The influence of thermal and humidity conditions of the drying agent on the drying rate in recirculation mode is shown. The equation expressing the dependence of the product drying rate (in the initial drying) from the relative air humidity inside the chamber in the stationary mode of drying is obtained.
