FEASIBILITY OF EPC SERVICES IN RUSSIAN OIL REFINING INDUSTRY

Current situation on Russian markets that are dependent on product export and imported technologies, equipment and services, remains volatile and unsustainable in 2016. The main market growth driver for demand and performance recently has been the extensive upgrade and reconstruction of refineries. Due to possible investment programmes reduction and project risks increase, service companies may have to face challenges of ensuring volume of sales, therefore detailed analysis and process planning is key; a number of options for future business development is discussed in the article.
