ON PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF OFFICIAL OCCUPATIONAL CRIME WHISTLEBLOWER IN CHINA

Whistle-blowing is one of the best ways to get the clues source in China's fight against official occupational crime. However, vengeances on whistleblower occur occasionally. There are numerous theoretical and practical problems in protection of rights of official occupational crime whistleblower in legislation or system. This paper introduces the positioning, necessity and existing provisions of right protection, and illustrates the legislation, which is conducive to the organic unity of new norms of human rights protection and crime punishment as well as the fight against corruption and the construction of right protecting system of official occupational crime whistleblower, so as to effectively realize the modernization of national governance systems and governance capacity as well as social fairness and justice.
