THE INFLUENCE OF INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE BODIES ON CRIMINAL PROCEDURE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article is concerned with the study of international criminal justice bodies and their influence on the Russian criminal procedure. International criminal justice system is associated with the efforts on establishment and maintenance of international peace and security and will act only in cases where the relevant national law enforcement agency is either unwilling or unable to exercise jurisdiction, which requires amending the national legislation to conform to the requirements of international law.
