Abstract
A dysarthria represents a disturbance of speech characterized by combinativity of most defections of process motor realization of speech activity. Preschool children with worn dysarthria have sufficient capabilities of perception and estimation of changing of the pitch of a voice. But differentiating tones, they find hard to realize their meaning in transmission of information of utterance. Children with worn dysarthria have the peculiarities of primary tones characteristics, conditioned by location of organs of speech (phonatory structure).
