COMMUNICATION VALUES AND BEHAVIORAL STYLES IN CONFLICT SITUATIONS OF WORKERS ORGANIZATION

Abstract
On the basis of theoretical analysis of the literature on the subject, formed battery of diagnostic methods and conducted an empirical study to identify communication behavioral style in a conflict situation and values of employees of the organization. The data were analyzed both in content and with the help of statistical methods (correlation, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis). As a hypothesis acted assumption about the impact of value orientations of employees on the appropriate style of behavior in conflict situations. Analysis of data will partially confirm the hypothesis put forward, and identify statistically significant relationships that need further substantiation of content
