Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the extent of the impact of the quality services of Islamic banking through independent variables (tangibility, safety, responsiveness, and reliability) on the market share.The researcher on descriptive analytical method to highlight the concepts related to the subject of study and work on the analysis and real data analysis and test hypotheses using the Statistical Package for the Humanities program (spss), to achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was designed (29) paragraph. The study to reject hypotheses nihilism and acceptance of alternative hypothesis where there was the impact (of tangibility, safety, responsiveness, and reliability) on the market share of the bank, and that the quality of banking services Islamic profound effect in increasing the study market share. the size of the need to provide Islamic banking services which satisfy the needs of customers and offering the right way, taking into account the training of bank personnel to achieve quality, and there is a need to measure the quality and market share on a regular basis to draw marketing strategies to maintain the quality and market share together.
