The research tools were an educational activity manual, an environmental knowledge questionnaire, an environmental awareness questionnaire, and a forest resource conservation and restoration questionnaire. Mean and standard deviation were implemented for data analysis. The hypotheses were tested using One-way MANCOVA and One-way ANCOVA It was found that 1) the designed environmental education camping activity model met the expected effective value with the effective value of 87.54/85.22, 2) the environmental knowledge, environmental awareness and willingness to participate in forest resource conservation and restoration of the youths had significantly increased after participating in the environmental education camp with the significance level of .05, and 3) the youths with different age groups had different environmental knowledge, environmental awareness, and willingness to participate in forest resource conservation and restoration. In conclusion, the environmental education camping activity model that was developed for the youths in Kalasin Province effectively helps improve the youths’ environmental knowledge, environmental awareness, and willingness to participate in forest resource conservation and restoration.
