Inquiry-based Learning and Service Learning of Mathayomsueksa 3 Students, Entitied Environment and Natural Resources to enhancing Learning Achievement, Analytical Thinking, and Public Mind

Abstract
This research aims to develop inquiry-based learning and service learning, entitled environment and natural resources for Mathayomsueksa 3 students, and to study learning achievement, analytical thinking, and public mind. Target group were 18 students of Mathayomsueksa 3/1 students from Ban Nong Plong school, Nong Bua Daeng district, Chaiyaphum province. They were selected by purposive sampling. Research instruments were lesson plan, achievement test, analytical thinking test, and public mind observational form. Percentage, Mean, and Stand Deviation were used for statistical analysis. Result found that: 1)Learning development 1.1) Inquiry-based learning in the first cycle can be conducted by 3 lesson plans, 3 hrs, each. Inquiry-based learning include engagement, exploration, explanation,elaboration,and evaluation. 1.2) Inquiry-based and servicelearninginthesecond cycle can be conducted by 3 lesson plans, 3 hrs, each. Syntax consisted of 5E stags and preparation, action, reflection. 2) Learning achievement, analytical thinking, and public mind 2.1) Cycle I: students had 69.21 percentage of learning achievement, 59.44 percent of analytical thinking,and public mind atgood level. 2.2) CycleII: studentshad 80.56 percentage of learning achievement, 73.15 percent of analytical thinking, and public mind at good level.
