Data were collected during December 3 ? 11, 2012 and analyzed by using the means and the t-test, and synthesized by using the t-test results. Results were that teaching methods of students’ premier study, identifying problems and needs of study topics, identifying study topics, and wide-opened discussion helped students develop in all of the required areas according to TQF (2009). Student participations in the university activities helped them develop skills of moral, knowledge, inter-personal relationships and responsibilities, and evaluation. The teaching methods of skills practices after lessons and technology usages negatively affected on their English skill developments. Students’ identifying study topics and wide-opened discussion did not affect their readiness to ASEAN Community. But doing homework/ projects, participating in university activities, and using technology in their learning positively affected their readiness for ASEAN Community.
