Abstract
The problem of measuring service quality at university’s libraries is significant in library decision making. This article examines a new fuzzy approach to measuring university’s libraries service. The results produces findings useful for local planning and decision making. Also, the main idea of the proposed method can be applied to evaluate service quality of other systems.
