ANALYSIS OF ESSENCE AND FEATURES OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS

The major economic category, both in science, and in practice of the majority of firms, is "investment project". However despite all importance investment projects, enough part little attention is paid to their essence and basic characteristics. At the same time, only on a similar fundamental basis perhaps constantly to complicate and enhance work with investment projects including investment modeling. The task of this article also consists in more detail to consider and classify projects proceeding from their basic characteristics, to analyse compliance of these characteristics to the legislation, to consider the possibilities of reference of projects to "investment". Results of the similar fundamental analysis will allow using their in practice on work with investment projects, deeper consideration and the analysis of their features.
