Abstract
The article describes the problems of medicine in XXI century which are connected to implementation of modern biotechnologies in casual medical practice. Fetishization of technologies, deepening of medicine`s specialization lead to deformation of clinical thinking and dehumanization of medical practice. The doctor should use his clinical thinking for formation of synthetic and dynamic picture of disease, contribute to success of treatment and diagnostics problems solving. Ways of clinical thinking formation in medical university are discussed.
