Abstract
The authors present relevant to analyze the different approaches to the development of human capital, as well as some issues related to the management of personnel, contributing to the creation of an innovative product. The research focused at the theoretical position of researchers in the field of human capital development, issues of knowledge and skills, psychological and other abilities of students, developing in high school and the impact in the future on the competence of professionals required to create an innovative product. Analyzed model of separation of roles in the organization to create an innovative product: a genius, talent manager. Summarizes approaches to the selection and promotion of staff in the organizations most able to create an innovative product, questions of motivation and efficiency of staff.
