SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO HUMAN CAPITAL IN CREATING INNOVATIVE PRODUCT

The paper discusses the components of the human capital issues facing the organization in the implementation of innovation. Since so far not created a single method for measuring the state of human capital, the authors proposed a project-based approach to addressing compliance with human capital innovation organizations, discussed a number of examples. Also, the model of an estimation of competitiveness of tourist services, allowing a variety of points of view (the owners of tourist industry, tour operators and buyers) to assess and predict future levels of quality of service in the tourism sector almost every direction. According to the authors, project-based approach can help to increase the accuracy of the assessment and application of human capital in the innovation activities of the organization.
