Abstract
Innovative activities of any organization imposes increased requirements for staff. Required for innovation personnel must be selected and trained in the necessary knowledge and skills. The authors propose a model in which the mutual interests of the employer and the potential employee are considered in the relationship and systemically. The proposed model can allow the organization plans to create an innovative product for the future, timely formulate and solve quality issues of vocational guidance, selection and training of future employees, the most adapted for a particular type of activity.
