Abstract
The organization imposes certain requirements for personnel. However, the employer is not always able to comprehensively analyze and predict the long-term all aspects of this activity. Therefore, the task of professional orientation employers authors consider important and urgent. The proposed model can allow the organization planning the activities for the creation of a new product for the long term, to accurately determine the necessary competence of future employees, professionally build its work with the talent pool in a timely manner to set and qualitatively to solve vocational guidance issues, selection and training of each employee, the most adapted to the specific activity.
