Abstract
In article actual problems of development of the public-private partnership (PPP) are considered to which the author refers lack of national strategy for development of PPP and the municipal and private partnership (MPP) in the Russian Federation; insufficient level of development of a standard and legal regulation; a corruption component when carrying out competitions; lack of complex system of public administration by the sphere of PPP; lack of unification and coherence of the federal, regional and municipal legislation; insufficient level of development of legal, budgetary and financial mechanisms of implementation of projects of PPP and MChP; excessive bureaucratization of the mechanism of legal regulation; lack of the competition in the sphere of PPP and MChP; problems of privatization and repartition of property; lack of a uniform technique of an assessment of efficiency of projects; problems of distribution of risks and legal responsibility among subjects of PPP. On the basis of domestic and foreign experience of development of the PPP forms, the author defines development prospects in modern Russia.
