Abstract
This article considers the problem of semantic actants and the semantics of the verb to reset / clear with a tinge of lexical meaning ‘to shake (ash, dust, etc.) with anything’ in the constructions of modern Russian language. The analysis of illustrative material showed that the expression of the object in the active construction formed by the verb to reset / clear this shade lexical meaning, modern Russian language uses yosemites grammatical accusative form of the noun. It is revealed that token, represented as Object of these verbs usually belong to the thematic class of substances and materials, and (often) their quanta. The results obtained and reproduced in this work, rich illustrative material can be used in the practice of compiling dictionaries
