THE MUTUAL OBLIGATIONS OF PARENTS AND CHILDREN IN FAMILY LAW OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND ABROAD

The mutual rights and duties of parents and children are based on the origin of the children, certified in the prescribed manner.The state has a duty to fully protect the rights of the child.However,we should not forget that the law stipulates not only the responsibilities of parents and responsibilities of children. Some believe that termination of parental rights frees parents from maintenance of children.This article reveals the mutual duties of parents and children not only in the family law of the Russian Federation,but also abroad.
