Abstract
Microarray data prediction is a hard task due to the small sample and high dimension property. This paper proposes a classifier fusion approach to solve this problem based on genetic algorithm (GA). In this fusion strategy, the GA is applied to select proper feature subsets and weight value for the fusion of classifiers. The experimental results show that this scheme can improve the prediction accuracy.
