Assessment of E-Learning Methods in Public Administration. The Case of the Greek National School of Public Administration and Local Government

In a constantly changing and evolving global and organizational environment, it is considered necessary to improve the skills of human resources with a view to development of professional skills and knowledge. The purpose of this article is to highlight the importance of e-governance in general and especially the use of e-learning in modern public administration.
