Abstract
In a constantly changing and evolving global and organizational environment, it is considered necessary to improve the skills of human resources with a view to development of professional skills and knowledge. The purpose of this article is to highlight the importance of e-governance in general and especially the use of e-learning in modern public administration. The approach to this issue was by the completion field research to students of the Greek National School of Public Administration and Local Government. Τhe findings on the questionnaire showed undoubtedly that the utility factor for this eClass platform was rated as "moderate" by the students/end-users.
