LEGAL BASIS OF DOING BUSINESS IN PENAL SYSTEM

The subject of research is the system of social relations on the execution of imprisonment in connection with a business correctional facilities FSIN of Russia. Despite the clear priority of social and psychological work, the importance of labor as a means of correcting persons sentenced to imprisonment valued quite highly. To date, most attention is drawn to the problem of creating new principles and approaches to the correction of convicts that unfairly overshadowed issues of legislative regulation of their involvement in the work, including the organization of business.
