PHARMACOTHERAPY OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AT PATIENTS ON THE HEMODIALYSIS

The article is devoted to a problem of arterial hypertension pharmacotherapy at patients with renal insufficiency in dialysis. The data of researches reflecting prevalence of pathology at patients in dialysis are provided. The problem of lack of references on maintenance of target indicators of arterial pressure at this category of patients is reflected. Results of cohort and randomized researches on influence of various classes of hypotensive drugs on the forecast and survival of patients are presented. Obscurity of the problem and need of carrying out further clinical tests for improvement of pharmacotherapy of arterial hypertension at dialysis patients is emphasized.
