Abstract

Тo assess the pH of the basal gastric secretion in patients with advanced stomach cancer with dominance in the clinic of gastralgia surveyed 194 patients (men ? 65,5%; women, 34,5%; average age 53,9?4,2 years). The main group 126, comparison ? 68. Comparison of clinical findings and laboratory results showed that the formation of gastralgia patients with advanced stomach cancer often occurs on the background of weakening of the aggressiveness of gastric juice ? low, rarely normal acidity. An important condition for such effect is the presence of atrophic phenomena, significant limitations of reparative activity of the gastric mucosa in the activity of cytoprotective endohedrally mechanisms. The presence of H. Pylori does not correlate with a certain type of painful manifestations, but it is one of the leading elements involved in their development and maintenance. Author gelatt the conclusion about the necessity of wider application in the system pharmacotherapy pain adjuvant of means designed to control the level of gastric secretion, cytoprotection of the gastric mucosa and antihelicobacterial therapy.
