A Comparison of Self-Concept among Dyslexic and Non dyslexic Students

Abstract
The aim of the study is to compare the self-concept in dyslexic and non dyslexic students in district Sirsa. The population of the study included 500 students. Out of these 80 dyslexic students were selected by using different tools. The questions from self concept questionnaire were read aloud to the dyslexic students. The study shows that students with dyslexia possess lower self concept as compared to students without dyslexia. The analysis revealed a significant difference in self-concept between the dyslexic and non dyslexic students.
