Foreign language as a subject of philosophic paradigm reflexion in training the students of higher technical educational establishments

Abstract

The article describes the language as a specific system, reproduces the approaches to the social definiteness of the language in the prospect of philosophic paradigm. It is proved that one of the priority directions of the modern philosophic works is philosophy of the language itself, because the language is the highest level of the spatial structure. Functional communicative approach concerning foreign language teaching is analyzed as only communication enables integrated interaction of language, culture and speech. It is stated that the language character of the world experience precedes everything that the human being perceives and expresses the one that is the subject of cognition and dictum.
