Abstract
This paper examines the descriptive results of work engagement construct among Public school’s female teachers in Saudi Arabia.The current research collected data from respondents using survey from female teachers in Saudi Arabia (n= 414). The results showed high internal consistency (Cronbach’s Alpha= .85). The composite reliability ranging from 0.87 to 0.92 for all constructs, and 0.91 for work engagement.
