Abstract
The basic preconditions of forming of social innovation in the labor market on transformation of employment were analysed. The characteristic of most common in Ukraine non-standard forms of employment was done on the basis of statistical data and expert estimates. The conclusions about the most important risks and features of the implementation of social innovations in the labor market on transformation of employment in the context of preventing negative effects of precarious employment, providing flexibility and employment security was made.
