Abstract
The phenol and lipid composition of secondary resources of clean pine (Pinus Sylvestris), widespread in the protected area of Tusheti (the region north-eastern part of Georgia), in particular bark, wood scraps and resin were studied. The differences in the content of lipid and phenolic fractions of the studied objects were detected. These data indicate that the wood pruning, bark, resin, as secondary products from the ecologically clean area, can be used for complex processing, in order to obtain healthy natural bioactive compounds.
