Abstract
The article analyzes adverse side effects to anti-tuberculosis drugs. TB drugs while inhibiting the activity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis have an unfavorable effect on the macroorganism as well, which may lead to a number of clinical symptoms. The present literature review analyzes the incidence and pattern of adverse effects as well as their influence on different organs and body systems. The development of unavoidable adverse effects is demonstrated to result in changes of TB chemotherapy regimen and reduced efficacy of the therapy.
