Abstract

Possible innovative ways of development of regional areas in difficult economic conditions are investigated in this article. This paper proposes project of innovative development of the area by creation of tire recycling factory in Smolensk region. Implementation of the proposed project will improve the competitiveness of domestic products and will stimulate the innovative development of the region.
