Background. The urgent problem of the business education development peculiarities in the conditions of globalisation was studied. It was proved that in the post-industrial world the enterprising of a person and the human resource quality become the key factors of the economic growth and progress and business-schools should prepare modern managers ? the future community elite, who will direct the vectors of its economic development. Recent researches and publications analysis of the chosen theme proves that in the conditions of the globalisation the foreign researches attention is paid to the education problems and business education in particular as one of the motive power of the country social-economic development. At the same time these problems were not summed up deeply and complexly in the domestic scientific literature, which determines the research urgency and forms the main aim of the research. Research results. The study is provided through the definition of the main tendencies of the business education evolution in the correlation with the construction tendencies of the modern economy, business, education system and also factors influencing them. The education problems are defined and a number of factors, which have the direct influence on the education conditions in general and business education in particular, is distinguished. Among them: economic, social-democratic and educational ones. Conclusion. The conducted research to the authors' mind can become a component of better understanding of the processes, which influence business education evolution for understanding the perspectives of its development and distinguishing the effective model of the business school.
