Abstract
Multiple myeloma is a malignant proliferation of plasma cells producing a monoclonal paraprotein. Multiple myeloma can present in a range of ways, for example, hypercalcaemia, hyperviscosity, renal failure and bone pains fractures. We report an unusual presentation of multiple myeloma in the form of nasal blockade and renal failure.
