Abstract

Backround. Information plays a key role in human life. The same plane of understanding and setting as well as solving many theoretical and practical issues and actions solidation depend on the way one defines "information". This is especially true of social and humanitarian sphere, where informational human existence is filled with virtual space, stratagems of leading players in the global information policy, personal beliefs of human about the world of good and evil. The aim of the article is an attempt to overcome the one-sidedness of classical gnosiology of the philosophy of the classical era, in which problems of knowledge and theory of mind, that is the existence of an isolated individual person, is opposed to the consciousness as organic unity of its multidimensional being, where substantional role belongs the phenomenon of information and communication. Materials and methods. Object of the research is information and informational communication that are recorded in the various fields of scientific knowledge and practical activity. The main methods of research is differentiation, integration and content analysis. Results. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, which addresses issues of information definition, scientific research on ontology specification information was performed. Accumulating new knowledge in various fields of science helped to shape new attitudes to information, a phenomenon of which was associated with both the ability of the human psyche to "ideation" in the subject-practical activity and appearance in the human environment of special tools of the human psyche which is the word. Word acquired information shell only in the common life and practice, which is based on information communication, which acts as a closed system. It was emphasized that most researchers did not pay attention to this phenomenon of information. Conclusion. The phenomenon of information is formed by two determinations: internal and external. Internal is the person as consumer of messages, and external ? the messages themselves (secondary information) which become the impetus for the inclusion in the work cyclical causal chains that operate in the human body. As a result the reaction to external influences is largely determined not by the actions of external forces, but by the processes occurring in the body, and as a result, attempts to keep the previous contact. It is this desire for continued communication should be understood as the basis for the birth of the phenomenon of information.
