Abstract

Peculiarities of service quality assessment at tourist enterprises have been identified; the principles of quality management with regard to industry specifics have been formulated, the methodology "Secret Customer" in the network of travel offices in the territory of Ukraine has been tested; the requirements for quality management of tourist services have been defined.
