Energy resource of strategic reforming of the coal industry

The motivation for writing this article was the crisis state of the coal industry and the need to develop a new, innovative concept of reforming of the state coal enterprises after the settlement of the political situation in the country. The changes that have occurred over the past two years in the mine fund and in the structure of industrial production of Ukraine, made significant changes to the state of the fuel and energy balance and led to the physical loss of the existing mines and possibly mothballed mines of industrial stocks. Thus, regardless of the prevailing trends in the global economy, the government of Ukraine in the near future will have to take "unconventional" decisions in a national energy-based technologies developed in the industry, that concisely stated in the article.
