Abstract
Strategic planning activities of the industrial enterprise is considered from the standpoint of changes in the environment where an active influence on the formation of the external conditions should ensure the effective operation and development of the industry, and from the stand-point of the main objectives of the strategic plan, which includes: selection of the main directions of development of production; development of the market strategy; development of commodity strategy of enterprises; focus on innovation. Strategic management is an important component of management of industrial enterprises, considered from the perspective of adaptation to a changing environment, optimal use of existing capacity, the rapid achievement of the goals. The most important task of strategic planning software company noted the possibility of achieving the necessary advantages over other competitors through the use of effective tools that enterprises can set your own long-term development cycle - to grow faster than the increased potential of its main competitors. Therefore, strategic planning at industrial enterprises aimed at their long-term development, to achieve higher rates of economic growth in a phased improvement of various production and technical factors, organizational and management structures in order to ensure the high quality of the staff and the standard of living of its employees. The strategic planning process is studied as an example of "Carat", one of the most successful and reliable companies that sell rugs and carpets in Ukraine pays considerable attention to the introduction of innovative technologies in the production of carpets in order to increase the level of competitiveness on the market. In the management of an industrial enterprise strategy plays an important role, which allows you to focus on the main issues and discard minor; identify and coordinate actions to implement the mission and core objectives of the enterprise, the path of its transformation into a new state, how to use the necessary resources; provide the company a competitive advantage in the areas where there is the greatest chance of success; help identify types of products with which this can be achieved; find ways to neutralize opponents. Planning strategy, as an important instrument of the formation of social and economic development of the enterprise, based on the use of available resources, internal and external potentials and directed to the appropriate priorities and directions of development goals.
