Synergistic effects of homebuilding cluster strategies on the housing sector of ukraine in the socio-economic transformation

Purpose. Study of synergistic opportunities and analysis of future activities of the scientific and industrial clusters of lowrise residential housing construction in Ukraine in terms of socio-economic transformation. In a period of rapid structural change of socio-economic formations, it becomes necessary to move the permanent production systems on the cluster, which, in essence, is relevant to such changes. The cluster approach in the organization of production produces a synergistic effect of enterprises,and is a logical tool for development of low-rise residential housing, as well as the basis for solving the housing problem, and an example of the development of all sectors of the Ukrainian economy.
