Abstract
Urpose. Development of new profiles of steel sheet piling because production of hot-rolled steel sheet piling in Ukraine had terminated. Methodology. New steel sheet pile profiles obtained by calculations were developed. The new design of the interlock (tests of strength and stiffness) was carried out in press yMM-20 model (scale 1:1). Findings. On the basis of the research specifications on experimental batches of steel sheet pilings (troughing cold-formed and tubular) were developed. Originality. The problem of replacing the hot-rolled steel sheet piling Larsen type (in the same range of reference values) by troughing cold-formed profiles and tubular profiles with high load-bearing capacity was solved. Practical value. Mastering the production of newly developed profiles of steel sheet piling will satisfy the demands of the national economy of Ukraine.
